    Cocco’s CafĂ© for the past few years have taken the stance of conversations being concocted easily over a cup of coffee. And they took the leap of how disputes or difference of opinions can be easily resolved by conversations. Now the challenge was to use the same platform to drive in more traffic without just extending the same campaign.

    Solution:
    Although people prefer coffee with company, there was a mass potential among people, preferably coffee connoisseurs and avid book readers to go there alone. And in order to take a step forward about resolving conflicts with conversations, the thought focused on internal conflicts rather than external. So the communication used famous legends who could have resolved similar conflicts had they listened to their inner voice, giving the consumer something to think about over a cup of coffee.
